Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in day (specifically, before midnight on the day their payment becomes due).

Payment & Non-Refundable Period: From 48 hours prior to the check-in day (at midnight of the check-in day), the full booking price becomes due. Your reservation will then be considered confirmed and non-refundable.

No Cancellations or Refunds after Payment is Due: Once payment is due (from 48 hours before arrival onwards), no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
